If you have a question that cannot be answered by using these methods, please send an e-mail to ask@scz.org. All e-mail questions are read in the order they are received. Animal related questions will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member. Please allow one full week for a reply. We love answering your questions, but our main responsibility is caring for our animals and plants at the Zoo.
