Let the Party Begin

If you're searching for a fun, unique and exciting place to celebrate a birthday, look no further than the Sedgwick County Zoo! We've made it easy to plan a fun birthday party. Our party packages provide all the basics: party room, Zoo host, cake, beverages and serving items. We even serve and clean up. After your party, we will store your gifts so you can enjoy the rest of the day exploring the Zoo. Choose the package that best fits your party style. Our calendar fills up very quickly. It is best to call at least 2 weeks in advance to reserve your birthday party date.

Pick Your Party Package

  • Jungle Babies Birthday Party (ages 1-4 years )
    Includes a cake from Cameo Cakes, animal crackers, fruit punch beverage and party favor for each child with a special birthday backpack for the birthday child. Fee of $145 for members/ $160 for nonmembers covers 12 guests (children and/or adults) and birthday party room inside the Plaza Beastro for one hour. Each additional participant is just $6.00.   • Cub Club Birthday Party (ages 3-5)
    The birthday child and their friends will meet an animal visitor, discover animal artifacts, and enjoy story time and finger play as they learn about either hedgehogs or snakes. Fee of $160 for members/$175 for non-members covers ten children, four adults and an educational adventure inside the Cargill Learning Center for 90 minutes. Party package fee due at booking.   • Sidekick Safari Birthday Party (ages 5-9)
    The birthday child and their friends will enjoy a learning adventure focusing on either North American or Water Loving animals with a live animal visitor, animal artifacts, games, activities, and a Zoo tour to see a theme animal. Fee of $160 for members/$175 for non-members covers ten children, two adults and an educational adventure inside the Cargill Learning Center for 90 minutes. Party package fee due at booking.   • Jungle Kids Birthday Party (ages 5 and beyond)
    Includes cake from Cameo Cakes, popcorn, fruit punch beverage and party favor for each child. The birthday child receives a special backpack. Fee of $145 for members/ $160 for nonmembers covers 10 children and two adults and birthday party room inside Plaza Beastro for one hour.
