Let the Party Begin

If you're searching for a fun, unique and exciting place to celebrate a birthday, look no further than the Sedgwick County Zoo! We've made it easy to plan a fun birthday party. Our party packages provide all the basics: party room, Zoo host, cake, beverages and serving items. We even serve and clean up. After your party, we will store your gifts so you can enjoy the rest of the day exploring the Zoo. Choose the package that best fits your party style. Our calendar fills up very quickly. It is best to call at least 2 weeks in advance to reserve your birthday party date.

Pick Your Party Package

  • Jungle Babies Birthday Party (ages 1– 4 years of age) Includes zoo visor and animal crackers for each child with a special birthday backpack for the birthday child. Fee of $125 for members / $150 for nonmembers covers 12 guests (children and/or adults) and birthday party room inside Plaza Beastro for one hour. Each additional participant is just $5.00.   • Safari Adventure Preschooler Birthday Party (ages 3 – 5) Includes a learning adventure focusing on cats or turtles with a live animal visitor, animal artifacts, story time, and finger play. Fee of $150 for members / $165 for nonmembers covers ten children, four adults and learning program inside the Cargill Learning Center party room for 90 minutes. Party package fee due upon booking. Each additional participant is just $5.00. Call (316) 266-8213.
     
  • Safari Adventure Birthday Party (ages 5 – 9) Includes a learning adventure focusing on either frogs or African animals with animal artifacts, games and activities, a Zoo tour and a live animal visitor. Fee of $150 for members / $165 for nonmembers covers ten children, two adults and learning program inside the Cargill Learning Center party room for 90 minutes. Party package fee due upon booking.   • Jungle Kids Birthday Party (ages 5 and beyond) Includes party favors and popcorn for each child. The birthday child receives a special backpack and disaposable camera. Fee of $125 for members / $150 for nonmembers covers 10 children and two adults and birthday party room inside Plaza Beastro for one hour. Each additional participant is just $5.00.
