Highland cow
The Highland's shaggy double coat is the major difference from it and other breeds of cattle. The color can range from white, black, yellow, and red, and is usually wavy and long. The popular breed is owned by the British royal family. It is said that the Queen likes the meat, which is lean and marbled. Its milk is between 7 and 10 percent butterfat, which is considered superior.
