In the Hive Beekeeping Class

Over four sessions this two-hour class will cover: the time, tools and cost of beekeeping. We will also discuss the benefits of keeping bees as well as the rules and regulations around keeping bees and selling honey.   Bring a bee suit with you if you have one.   If not a loaner suit can be provided.   The majority of our time will be spent suited up working bees.  Participants should plan on attending all four sessions.

The current Beekeeping Class session begins May 8. Classes will be held on May 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 10 a.m. – noon.

Terms and Conditions: Each person who attends class must have a ticket. Space is limited. Tickets will be scanned at the door on the first day of class. All classes take place rain or shine. All reservations are final. Ticket may not be copied or resold and may be used only once. No cancellations, refunds, rain checks, or exchanges; tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen or unused.
