Gan’s Egg-Eating Snake

As their name implies, Gan's egg-eating snake lives on a diet solely of eggs. The first part of their name is in honor of herpetologist Carl Gans. Females can reach a length of 40 in., while males are smaller only reaching 28 in. They live both on the ground and in trees.
