King cobra

Amphibians & Reptiles·Reptile

Drop for drop, king cobra venom is actually less potent than that of many other venomous snakes. However, due to the snake’s large size, they are able to inject a huge dose of venom. A king cobra bite injects enough venom to kill an Asian elephant.
