Sedgwick County Zoo is spreading holiday cheer this season with the opening of Zoo Market Square, a limited-time retail experience in NewMarket Square offering unique gifts and zoo-themed treasures.
Opening on Black Friday and running through Dec. 31, the shop will feature a wide variety of items – including Zoo memberships, one-of-a-kind jewelry, wildlife-inspired clothing, plush animals, and eco-friendly gifts perfect for animal lovers of all ages. Every purchase helps support Sedgwick County Zoo’s animal care, education, and conservation initiatives.
“We’re grateful for our ongoing partnership with NewMarket Square, allowing us to make this store a reality,” said Steve Onken, Chief Development Officer at Sedgwick County Zoo. “This will be such a convenient place to pick up the perfect gift for every person on your list this season.”
Zoo Market Square is located between Tips & Toes and Hickory Farms in NewMarket Square and will be open daily (except for Christmas Day) from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
“We’re excited to welcome the Zoo Market Square Holiday Pop-Up to NewMarket Square,” said Sara Fleming, Communications Manager at NewMarket Square. “It’s an exciting addition to the shopping center for the holiday season, giving shoppers the opportunity to support the zoo while purchasing zoo memberships and unique, wildlife-inspired gifts for the holiday season.”
