Caracal lynx

Caracals are not only the fastest cats of their size, but also are excellent at climbing and leaping. They have been known to jump up to 6 feet straight in the air to hook a bird, pulling it into its mouth with one smooth swipe. Caracals use their distinctive ears to communicate. When two meet, they begin to make strong ear movements. A simple flick of the tufts appears to be a threat, while flattened ears seem to show nervousness.
