Ring-tailed lemur
The characteristic feature of the ring-tailed lemur is its tail, which has black and white rings running down the length of it. Ring-tailed lemurs live in groups of 12-24, with females being more dominant. Even though females are more dominant, males are more socially active. Lemurs sunbathe during the early morning before feeding by sitting up with front legs resting on hind legs and stomachs exposed to the sun.
