White-blotched River Stingray
One of the rarest species of stingray, the White-blotched river stingray lives in the rocky bottoms of rivers in the Xingu River Basin in Brazil. These unique rays are mostly black in color, with small white spots covering them from eyes to tail. These rays are also considered venomous, as they have venom within the spine of their tails.
