Yellow-collared macaw

A smaller species of macaw, the yellow-collared macaw is sometimes referred to as a “mini-macaw.” These birds are primarily green, with slight red coloration on their tails and black on their foreheads. They get their name from the yellow feathers at the back of their neck.
