Wonders of Wildlife Wild Winter is an all-day, five-day program engaging students with animals and nature with classroom experiments and field lessons as well as having fun with peers.

For ages 6-12 years in grades Kindergarten through 5th

Monday, December 18 through Friday, December 22, 2023

Plan to pack a sack lunch and a refillable water bottle each day. This adventure will make you hungry! Please dress for the weather. All classes begin and conclude in the Cargill Learning Center and include time outside, weather permitting. CLOSED-TOE SHOES REQUIRED.

Each student is required to have a ticket for the five-day class: Monday, December 18 through Friday, December 22, 2023.

Ticket sales end on Friday, December 15 at 12 p.m.

Before Care and After Care may be purchased as part of your WOW Wild Winter ticket. Before Care and After Care are $25 each and include all five days of class.

WOW Wild Winter Before Care

We offer before care for full day WOW classes, Monday, December 18 through Friday, December 22. Students may join us 7:30-8 a.m. for before care. Students will enjoy additional activities and parents can rest assured knowing their child will be supervised by Zoo staff the entire time. WOW Wild Winter Before Care includes all five days of the class for a single fee of $25. Ticket sales end on Friday, December 15 at 12 p.m.

WOW Wild Winter After Care

We offer after care for full day WOW classes, Monday, December 18 through Friday, December 22. Students may join us 5:00-5:30 p.m. for after care. Students will enjoy additional activities and parents can rest assured knowing their child will be supervised by Zoo staff the entire time. WOW Wild Winter After Care includes all five days of the class for a single fee of $25. Ticket sales end on Friday, December 15 at 12 p.m.

Terms and Conditions: Each person over the age of six months who attends any education program must have a ticket. Space is limited. Tickets will be scanned at the door. All classes take place rain or shine. Your purchase serves as your permission for use of your image by Sedgwick County Zoo. All reservations are final. Ticket may not be copied or resold and may be used only once. Tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen or unused. No refunds.
