ZOOper Kids

Learning Adventures

Each ZOOper Saturday includes crafts, story time, a walk through the Zoo, and other interactive learning.

Grades 1–5

What do you do with your garbage? Do you just throw it away or do you recycle it?  Recycling helps us make good use of our resources. We are going to get to the nitty gritty about the animals responsible for recycling!


Fish and ocean animals are fascinating creatures. We are going to investigate ocean creatures like fish and marine mammals and dive really deep into the ocean to see what is lurking out there!


Birds are fascinating creatures! Birds live on every continent of this planet, in every habitat! We will stretch our wings and learn about a few of these feathery creatures and their incredible diversity.

Each person who attends class must have a ticket. Space is limited. Tickets will be scanned at the door. All classes take place rain or shine. All reservations are final. No refunds; tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen or unused.
