Weekend Hours

The Zoo will be closed to the public Sept. 6 & 7 to prepare for Zoobilee, and will reopen at noon Sept. 8.

These spiny skinks spend most of their lives in the granite outcrops of Western Australia. They are highly social and form family groups composed of multiple generations. Offspring live with their family group for their first few years.
